During this year, I have been contacted by many people wanting to learn how to use Reiki for their own healing and to heal others. My workshops have grown considerably during this time, indicating strongly to me that people are ready to take responsibility for their own healing. In fact, our Reiki family has grown to over 50 practitioners, including 10 kids!
Many have commented that they have been challenged in finding a Reiki master in their area or when they do, they are unable to participate for other reasons.
I know that time and access can be a challenge, so we have developed the concept of :
“Reiki on the Road”.
Bringing the Master to you. Continue Reading…

Where do I start to critique such an amazing experience for us all? The weather was perfect, the volcano hadn’t been this active in 100 years, the local restaurants offered us delicious food, the company was amazing, the tours were simple, perfect and unique.
I have been asked by many since my return from the Retreat, what was the highlight for me. If I had to pin point one thing it would be the connections made between each participant. Everyone offerred their story, their hopes, dreams and fears with an honesty and simplicity that is not encouraged in most situations. Each day, our group became closer to each other and closer to their inner self.
As a facilitator, my job was easy and fun. These gorgeous goddesses soaked up whatever knowledge or experience I had to share and in turn shared their own opinions and advice with each other. That was the true essence of this retreat. Women gathering together as they have throughout the ages, for support, encouragement, love and connection.
We used every day of the Retreat and every experience as an opportunity for reflection, meditation, healing and personal development. Whether we were climbing live volcanos, snorkelling amongst brilliantly coloured fish, soaking in natural hot spring baths, swimming under waterfalls, or exploring local culture and rainforests, we were connecting with mother nature and her elements, to bring about gentle, subtle yet powerful healing.
Going on retreat is a perfect opportunity for taking time out for reflection, relaxation and personal development. If you want more than just a suntan and rest on your next holiday, then this Retreat is for you. Natalie can help you discover your true essence, develop your spiritual awareness, release and heal emotions and beliefs and fears that are limiting you and offer you new tools to create lasting change in your life. All while on holiday in gorgeous Vanuatu. Sound perfect?? It is.
Having once lived in Vanuatu and owned and managed a successful Wellness centre, Natalie draws on her local knowledge of the language, culture, people and contacts to deliver a well balanced, high quality Retreat that is uncomparable.
One participant said ” WOW, what an experience, I haven’t felt this good in 20 years, I am going to tell everyone I know they must see Natalie. This Retreat was everything I had hoped for and more. Vanuatu was amazing, her culture, her people, her landscapes just beautiful. I have dealt with emotions and fears that I never knew were affecting my current life. I am looking forward to a great future now as I have learnt new ways of dealing with conflict, fear and my own insecurities. Thank you Natalie, you have changed my life”
Expressions of interest are open now for future Retreats this year. So grab some friends, family or work colleagues or come alone and make some new friends. Let us know your availability and we will create a unique and special experience just for you.
Thank you to everyone that played a part in the success of this Retreat, your contributions made for a week of fun and smooth sailing.

Goddess ” A woman whose great charm or beauty arouses adoration” Webster Dictionary.
Becoming an Enlightened Goddess is a journey of self discovery, self acceptance and self love. Within each woman lurks an Enlightened Goddess, who is waiting to be reawakened.
At two years of age that Goddess is adorning herself in mums jewellery and high heels face awash with lipstick, strutting her stuff to the adoration of her family.
In her teens, that Goddess takes a step back and is afraid to shine.
As a young Adult, that Goddess struggles to know who she is. Is she mother? Is she daughter? Is she sister? Is she friend? Is she wife/lover?
At what age, do we allow our Inner Goddess to awaken to her full power and beauty?
The answer for each of us, at whatever age, is right now.
In 2010, Natalie will be facilitating;
Goddess Gatherings- an opportunity to join with other women for support and networking
Goddess workshops- where you will rediscover your Inner Goddess
Goddess weekend retreats- for relaxation and reconnection to your Inner Goddess,
Goddess international retreats- for relaxation, self discovery and to Enlighten your Inner Goddess.

Ho oponopono Seminar Caloundra June 2010
“Ho’oponopono is a profound gift that allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed, or action be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past” - Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, Ho’opononpono Master Teacher.
What does this mean?
For me, Ho ‘oponopono is the missing piece of the puzzle that I have been searching for, for many years. It brings all my previous learnings and personal develop tools into complete clarity using these four simple phrases- ” I love you, I’m sorry, Please Forgive me, Thank you”.
Ho’oponopono teaches us to take full responsibility for everything, yes everything, that is going on in our life right NOW and to “clean” away this program, this memory, this data or information that does not serve our highest good. The “stuff” that keeps us away from “Zero limits”, the place where inspiration and total connection to Spirit, reside.
In their seminars, Dr Joe Vitale and Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len, show us that when someone is annoying us, or a situation is causing us pain or anger then for that to be happening in our existence, we too must share the information, memory or program that is within the other person. Simply put, this means if someone is behaving badly around you and you become aware of it, either in first or third person, then YOU share the same problem that they do. You may not be consciously aware of this and you might indeed resist “sharing or owning” this behaviour you see in another, but Dr Hew Len says, if we see it in them we see it in us.
So how do we change that? We take full responsibility for the programs we share with others. We don’t even need to know why or where or how that program got in us, we simply need to say ” I love you(me), I’m sorry(for having this program not sure where it came from, don’t need to know) Please forgive me(me) and thank you(spirit for cleaning this program out of me). When we clean the program out of ourselves we clean it out of the other person and so on. Think for a moment, what the global impact of such a practice of problem solving could be?
As a Reiki Master, I have been enhancing my sessions with clients, with Ho’oponopono. The results have been amazing! When we practitioners practice Ho’opononpono and take full responsibility for sharing the ”program/illness/issue etc” with our client, and stop trying to “fix” them, complete healing will take place.
So our spiritual path will keep changing, sometimes it may feel like quick sand, other times like a roller coaster. but this is a path, that once stepped upon, you will not want to leave. Ho’oponopono has shown me an effective, simple and loving way, that through “cleaning” myself, I will help all others, everywhere, return to Zero limits- perfect clear and whole.
Dr Hew Len will be holding a seminar on the Sunshine Coast 26th-27th June 2010. For future details and booking information visit http://www.hooponoponotheamericas.org/classes-dates-locations.htm#au
I wish you peace beyond all understanding.
