Where do I start to critique such an amazing experience for us all? The weather was perfect, the volcano hadn’t been this active in 100 years, the local restaurants offered us delicious food, the company was amazing, the tours were simple, perfect and unique.
I have been asked by many since my return from the Retreat, what was the highlight for me. If I had to pin point one thing it would be the connections made between each participant. Everyone offerred their story, their hopes, dreams and fears with an honesty and simplicity that is not encouraged in most situations. Each day, our group became closer to each other and closer to their inner self.
As a facilitator, my job was easy and fun. These gorgeous goddesses soaked up whatever knowledge or experience I had to share and in turn shared their own opinions and advice with each other. That was the true essence of this retreat. Women gathering together as they have throughout the ages, for support, encouragement, love and connection.
We used every day of the Retreat and every experience as an opportunity for reflection, meditation, healing and personal development. Whether we were climbing live volcanos, snorkelling amongst brilliantly coloured fish, soaking in natural hot spring baths, swimming under waterfalls, or exploring local culture and rainforests, we were connecting with mother nature and her elements, to bring about gentle, subtle yet powerful healing.
Going on retreat is a perfect opportunity for taking time out for reflection, relaxation and personal development. If you want more than just a suntan and rest on your next holiday, then this Retreat is for you. Natalie can help you discover your true essence, develop your spiritual awareness, release and heal emotions and beliefs and fears that are limiting you and offer you new tools to create lasting change in your life. All while on holiday in gorgeous Vanuatu. Sound perfect?? It is.
Having once lived in Vanuatu and owned and managed a successful Wellness centre, Natalie draws on her local knowledge of the language, culture, people and contacts to deliver a well balanced, high quality Retreat that is uncomparable.
One participant said ” WOW, what an experience, I haven’t felt this good in 20 years, I am going to tell everyone I know they must see Natalie. This Retreat was everything I had hoped for and more. Vanuatu was amazing, her culture, her people, her landscapes just beautiful. I have dealt with emotions and fears that I never knew were affecting my current life. I am looking forward to a great future now as I have learnt new ways of dealing with conflict, fear and my own insecurities. Thank you Natalie, you have changed my life”
Expressions of interest are open now for future Retreats this year. So grab some friends, family or work colleagues or come alone and make some new friends. Let us know your availability and we will create a unique and special experience just for you.
Thank you to everyone that played a part in the success of this Retreat, your contributions made for a week of fun and smooth sailing.

Goddess ” A woman whose great charm or beauty arouses adoration” Webster Dictionary.
Becoming an Enlightened Goddess is a journey of self discovery, self acceptance and self love. Within each woman lurks an Enlightened Goddess, who is waiting to be reawakened.
At two years of age that Goddess is adorning herself in mums jewellery and high heels face awash with lipstick, strutting her stuff to the adoration of her family.
In her teens, that Goddess takes a step back and is afraid to shine.
As a young Adult, that Goddess struggles to know who she is. Is she mother? Is she daughter? Is she sister? Is she friend? Is she wife/lover?
At what age, do we allow our Inner Goddess to awaken to her full power and beauty?
The answer for each of us, at whatever age, is right now.
In 2010, Natalie will be facilitating;
Goddess Gatherings- an opportunity to join with other women for support and networking
Goddess workshops- where you will rediscover your Inner Goddess
Goddess weekend retreats- for relaxation and reconnection to your Inner Goddess,
Goddess international retreats- for relaxation, self discovery and to Enlighten your Inner Goddess.
March 2010 “Magic in Paradise” 7 day Retreat to Port Vila, Vanuatu. For Free Info pack, contact Natalie, goddessonline@bigpond.com
Calling all Goddesses- it is time to recognise and stand in your own power. Join us on a path of self discovery that is fun and inspiring.

There is a part in the book “Zero Limits”, where a lady is discussing her ailing cat. The lady contacts Dr Hew Len for advice on how best to help her pet and accepts total responsbility for “whatever was going on in her that manifested in her pet” and does the cleaning process on her pet. Now Dr Len is not saying to this lady that it is her fault that the cat is ill, he does not mean for her to feel guilty that the cat is sick and that it is her thoughts and beliefs that have caused this illness in her pet. Rather, Dr Hew Len is saying that the lady and her cat share a program of information, of data of painful beliefs. Only when the lady moves away from guilt and blame and can step into total responsbility and accepts that the same program within the cat exists within her, can she begin to cleanse the program out of herself and in doing so out of the cat.
When we move into guilt and blame we move away from love. Only with love can there be healing and health. When you practice the Ho’oponopono method, there is no need to go into the head space of where the program came from, why it is there, and into blame for yourself or others that the program got there. Rather, Ho’oponopono is a gentle practice of acceptance without question and continuous cleaning.
Dr Hew Len says, we must clean continuously, and one day the programs will cease to exist in everyone. Very powerful stuff isn’t it. I would love to hear your feedback on how saying the following four phrases is creating change in your life and around you.
” I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you”
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to clean.
