The Energy of Reiki

This poem was on my mind when I woke this morning, and I just had to write it down for you.

You are energy, I am energy, we are all energy.
Our Universe was created by energy.
Reiki is harnessing this energy
to give to self and others
to promote health, healing and wellbeing.
